I too was skeptical at first but figured what the heck!
I started taking this, on June 7, 2013, and have kept track of my weight loss.
I’m a 5’5″/med-large bone density/female and my starting weight was 183lbs.
Friday: 183.0lbs

Wed : 177.2lbs

So, for me I’m actually seeing fast results with the Nutrigold Garcinia Cambogia 1000mg.
They even say though that the key, to losing weight with this product, is by taking just over 4600 mg per day.
I’ve been taking 4000 mg per day, 2 first thing in the morning with a full glass of water and 2 in the late afternoon. I also weigh myself first thing in the morning.
You also have to make sure you take this before you eat food, at least a half hour or up to 2 hours, so your body can process it first and then when you go to eat, it’s already activated so it tells your liver what to do with the food you just ate. That way, the food you ate will be burned off as energy and not stored as fat.
The fruit it comes from is used in Asian cooking as a digestion aid so that’s why it works so well.
If you take it with food, it won’t have the same affect, so that’s why it’s important to wait a little bit before you eat.

UPDATE: 7/1/13
I stopped losing as fast as I was and am losing about 2 lbs per week; which I am happy about!
I think my body got immune to that dosage so I decided not to go any higher and that’s why the weight loss slowed down. I didn’t wanna go crazy and take down too many capsules but at least it also aids in lowering cholesterol so that’s good.
All in all, I think it is a good fat burner and gives your body that extra boost it needs!

Garcinia Cambogia is effective!,
I was going to the gym from January 4-March 31 and I lost 5 pounds. My father sent me Dr. Oz’s youtube.com video about this plant extract. I looked into it and I can truly say that I’ve lost 12 pounds more using Garcinia Cambogia since April 1. I’ve lost a total of 17 pounds. I go to the gym every day. I do about 4 miles of exercise there and I walk my dog 2 miles. I’ve always exercised this much in the past though, and never lost any weight at all. I haven’t really changed my diet either. I’d probably lose more if I watched what I eat more. I’m really not looking for a severe weight loss, but I have to say that I went down a whole size in clothing in two months from April 1 to June 1. It really does work! My niece just started using it, too, because of how I look. People are noticing, and I tell them all about Garcinia Cambogia from NutriGold.
