Very Pleased – Great Coconut Oil Capsules,
Then recently saw on TV from Dr. Oz how it has some amazing benefits for humans, so at this point I’m sharing it with my dogs! It’s nice to have this extra virgin coconut oil in capsules because overall its much easier and you end up with a more accurate dose unlike many others, like spooning it out of a jar. Plus it’s super convenient I can take them on-the-go!
Furthermore after taking for a month I’m happy to say I have much better mental clarity (less brain fog), have lost weight and increased lean muscle, and my skin is softer and with no breakouts whatsoever, hair feels softer too.
I was skeptical at first but the results don’t lie, as I’m seeing proven results. Not to mention, I just ordered 4 more bottles (2 for me and 2 for the dogs, lol) because I don’t want to run out of this stuff. Best of all I have had no side effects. Great product.

Coconut Oil Capsules – Miracle Cure?,
There is a lot of exciting new research around coconut oil that is disproving any negative associations that people may have had in the past. I was surprised to find that coconut oil is much healthier than olive oil. Nowadays, the best stuff is cold pressed since it retains more of its benefits. I found that coconut oil is a highly saturated fat, and one of the few of these fats that doesn’t come from animals (sigh of relief). It appears to be still unknown how it affects cholesterol levels and thus far I’ve only seen it in one study that it raises both HDL (“good”) cholesterol and LDL (“bad”) cholesterol. I guess it’s still unknown if it alters the risk of heart disease but I found it fascinating that people in Polynesia who consume the oil from fresh coconuts as their main dietary fat source do not have high rates of heart disease. There is something to this coconut oil remedy after all.
Beyond that I found that lauric acid, the main saturated fat in coconut oil, is credited as a natural cure with antibacterial, antimicrobial, and antiviral properties. Surprisingly it has successfully treated colds and flu, cured cold sores and genital herpes, genital warts, gonorrhea, yeast infections, chlamydia and other infections. Talk about a superfood that does some super things.
The claims that coconut oil helps to burn fat and lose weight come from the idea that the majority of coconut oil is comprised of naturally occurring medium-chain triglycerides (MCTs), which travel from the intestinal tract straight into the liver where they are burned as fuel to give you that extra energy instead of being stored as body fat. MCTs also have been credited in boosting metabolism and satiety, resulting in increased weight loss when they replace long-chain triglycerides LCTs (other fatty foods) in the diet.
With all that said, I think there is more research to be done on coconut oil, but I am loving this product and will continue to take while I see and feel results. I have recommended it to many friends; after all what have you got to lose? I say give it a try and see for yourself.
