I’ve been running Transform3d for a little over a week now. While it still is too early to see actual physical results, I can certainly feel the effects. The thermogenic blend is pretty standard but fairly highly dosed. You will feel it if you start with 2 pills (note: the bottle reccomends starting with just one to assess tolerance) and it kicks in fast. Like most other modern supplements, this thermo blend doesn’t get you jittery, but you will crash a bit as it wears off, especially after a hard workout. Its also worth noting that I am sweating a lot more while running Transform3d. If you feel yourself overheating, cut the dose down…this stuff is like rocket fuel for me though so I love it.
The test boosting elements, like the thermo, are pretty standard. I have a naturally high level of test anyway, so it is already “boosted” as it were. I really dont feel test boosters at all anymore and so far this has been no exception. Those of you who have lowering test levels or maybe havent run a T-booster before will undoubtedly feel this blend working though.
The Nootropic blend was what I was most skeptical of. Unlike a lot of personal trainers, I really am not swayed by pseudoscience. A lot of “mood elevating” supplements are just expensive ways to induce the placebo effect. The only one of the many I’ve tried that actually worked was “Mentality” from 5 Percent Nutrition. I am not sure if Transform3d uses the same or similar blend as Mentality, but I got almost the same effects. It doesnt get you all stoney baloney or anything, but just helps initiate a sense of calm relaxation. This could be very helpful for those sensitive to other supplements like pre-workouts and tend to get anxious from using them.
I like Transform3d. So much that I ordered two more bottles! I plan to run Transform3d for a month and a half at the max dosage (2 pills taken twice a day) and will come back and update my review after that.
As with all supplements, be safe, follow the instructions and dont expect miracles…all supps need your hard work and dedication to training right, eating properly, hydrating adequatley and getting enough rest!
