I honestly never know if any of these supplements do anything at all. I notice no difference in my energy, sleep, or anything else whether I take them or forget to, and that’s true with almost every supplement I’ve ever taken. I guess these can’t hurt, I just have no idea if they do anything positive for the body at all. They do make me feel like I’m doing something good for myself, so I guess that little bit of positivity is worth 3 stars.

I’ve been taking one daily for about 5 days, since this item was delivered. Perhaps it takes WAY more time to notice a difference(?), but thus far there I have felt no benefit AT ALL from taking these – so it seems like a total waste of money for me.

All of the multivitamins and chews don’t have the extras or the zinc to fight winter colds and flu. This product cuts down on the number of supplements I have to convince my husband to take and includes the zinc, a little Co10 and other goodies along with high potency of vitamins.
