Great product,
This seems like a great product, tastes great too. I like it a lot so far, 50% whey and 50% soy seems to be a great combination. To the reviewer that gave it 3 stars, you shouldn’t rate something that you haven’t tried; that is not fair to the product if Amazon doesn’t give you enough information it’s not a problem with the product. For your info though, it has 3g of carbs (sugar) and 14g protein. You could probably have googled the website for the manufacturer and found the nutritional info on it, then ordered from Amazon.

One of the best I have found,
I searched through so many different protein drinks after Kashi stopped making theirs. This one isn’t perfect – it has almost no fiber, but that is easily remedied with clear, unflavored, soluble fiber powder. Just mixing it doesn’t really do the trick. I use a hand blender and that seems to help the consistency. The vanilla mixed with about 1/4 cup fresh or frozen fruit is really good. I like that the sweetener, stevia, is not artificial. This has very low fat content, sugar, calories, and few carb compared to many of the “diet” shakes and other protein drink mixes. Read the label and you can understand the ingredients. The price for two canisters is a great buy, especially with the subscribe and save option. I take one of these almost every day after my work out and have recommended it to several friends. I wish they made one just like it designed for men for my husband!
