this pills are great , some cons, but overall they do the job,
Use and Dosis:
-the first week I took two pills, the second 3, the third back to 2,(one 30 min before I work out) I do not use the pills when I’m not going to work out, so it was 4 days a week
-I workout 4 days a week, 1 hours and 30 workout, 45 minutes run/walk
-I did not do any diet, just stop eating after 6:pm, or having really light food or protein shakes
-I used this in combination with Optimum Nutrition 100% Whey Gold Standard
-I workout abs 2 days a week
Pros:
-Lots of energy while you work out
-works really great on your stomach fat
-they work as a diuretic (you will need to drink a lot of water because they make you sweat a lot while you workout)
Cons:
-They are heavy on the stomach, that is why I had to take them with something on the stomach, will not recommend to people with stomach problems
-the first week or so you will have anxiety, agitation and irregular heartbeats, that was with a 2 per day dosis, 3 was too much cause the heartbeats were to high, people with hard conditions, or blood pressure problems should not use this product
-I you take them after 6 or 7 you will have a hard time sleeping,
Result:
After 4 week of use, my stomach fat is almost gone, I cannot totally give it to the pills, but I did see a huge improvement on my stomach muscles (which I did not have), it has some side effect, but this combine with a good workout, a good protein and a good cardio routine (just running for me) did wonder on me, I recommend this product, and will keep posting if more side effect appear
