Great creatine matrix, but pricey,
Within the first few days of using, my muscles already felt fuller, recovery time improved drastically, and strength increased by quite a bit. I don’t know if it’s the blend of supporting ingredients enhancing the creatine monohydrate, but it is definitely working for me. Mixibility is pretty good, with only a few undissolved grains floating in my shaker, and the flavor is really nice.
The major knock against the product is the price point, considering creatine on its own is very inexpensive. But if you’re looking to try a new creatine, give BUILD-HD a try.
