I’m a big guy and have been looking for a knee compression sleeve for a while now. After many failed attempts, I finally came across this one. Decided to try it and I’m glad I did. The fit is goo. I wear it when iI need the compression to help my knee. I do not wear it constantly. When I do wear it, it is for a maximum of 24 hours. The only negative I have to report is that it is not a “lightweight” product. By this Imean that you will accumulate “sweat” under the sleeve. When I remove it from my knee, it is extremely damp and needs to dry out before using it again.

    Doesn’t Roll Down!!!, September 4, 2016

My thigh measures 25″, so I ordered a 3XL. I can’t pull the top six inches past the kneecap but only about three or four inches above the knee. However, for my knee problem, this works. Once put on, the top doesn’t roll down at all, which is a problem I’ve had with other braces. This brace provides firm enough support yet plenty of flexibility, enabling me to walk without pain and not feel like it’s cutting off the circulation even after hours of wearing it. Because it’s neoprene, I thought it might get overly warm by the end of the day, but I’ve worn it all day many times, and it’s still comfortable.

Lost some weight and thought I might have to order a smaller size because sometimes right after putting it on, the brace would slide down a bit. Wiped my thigh with a damp washcloth next time before putting it on, and the moisture locked it in place immediately.

It’s hard to find a plus sized knee brace, much less one that fits well. This one does! True, it gets damp after wearing it, but just turn it inside out and it’ll be dry by morning. I’m extremely happy with this knee brace.

I really needed a brace for my knees for doing lite aerobics/ stretching ans yoga classes. I was inbetween sizes so Inchose the larger size. it was very good – dis not cut off circulation and gave me enough support that I could do the classes more easily. The brace does stretch out a little, and one of my legs seems to be slimmer than the other, but if i just make sure which brace I use on which leg, I find they don’t skip down. They do make your leg sweat, though! Sonbe aware of that – I have to peel it off and let it air dry. The material feels like a scuba or wet suit.
