Although these vitamins do have a good balance of nutrients, unfortunately, they also contain MILK, SOY, and WHEAT (and CORN) which is not disclosed on this page (useless for one of my kids and allergies are all too common these days). Come on, Amazon, can’t we have nutrition facts and ingredients for food/supplement products? Centrum, what are you thinking including allergens?

In an effort to partially alleviate this lack of information, here is the label for the one I received on Jan 9, 2012:

Our pediatrician told us to find a multi-vitamin that had iron in it and we’ve gone through 4 or 5 products now trying to find one that my son would take (he’d be taking gummi-type vitamins before and none of those have iron). This one works, yeah! I’ve eaten some of them myself and they were fine (they weren’t delicious but they are vitamins and not gourmet chocolate after all), and my son is okay w the flavor, too.

Ingredients include Apartame? Come on!, March 25, 2013
This review is from: Centrum Kids Multivitamin, 150-Count (Health and Beauty)
Ugh! I thought I did my homework on multi vitamins for my kids, but guess not…. It has some nasty ingredients that I do not want to feed my kids. Aspartame for one, guar gum, carageenum? Not healthy and I will look else where for a better vitamin for my kids. Just look up aspartame that’s enough to scare ya.
