Centrum Silver,
absorption (ie Crohns, Celiac, etc). It appears that Centrum is missing some nutrients (beyond Essential Fatty
Acids which it does not include). 2 examples are CoEnzymeQ10 and choline. If you have serious absorption problems
do not assume that a Centrum will provide you with everything that you need.
