I’ve been using centrum silver and decided to try this new women’s formulation. Purchasing it in this quantity (200 tabs) is economical over what might be paid locally, – I won’t keep running out every 2 mos, and the tablets are easy to swallow.
Nutrients include 800 mg. of vitamin D, 100% of vitamin B12 (good for vegetarians/vegans), and half the daily recommendated dose of calcium. If you should not have iron, this preparation is not for you.

Out Of DATE!,
I bought this item of 200 vitamins so that I would have them for a while….NOT the case! When I got them on 2/2/2012, I looked at the date and they will expire in June?! Why should anyone pay this price and have them expire before you get to take them all!!! Do yourself a favor and only buy things like this with expiration dates on them at your local stores!
