I don’t hate this turmeric, but it just did not perform. I don’t or have anything rave to say about it. It’s not the most terrible supplement on earth but its not great. I just did not feel any different.

Like I said this is ineffective at best. Or totally benign in the sense that you cannot see a difference unless it is going on at some sub atomic level. It is a lot of science, yes, but what you really have to ask is does it make you feel better? It does not do this personally for me and therefore I have to concur that it is mostly hype and if anything is happening it is chemistry, but not to the effect that will actually produce a noticable effect.

I have arthritis in my hands. I tried this product for 60 days and didn’t notice any relief what so ever.
Tiger balm and arnica were more effective.
