It is only 100 calories if you just mix it with water. I am fitted coz I work out an watch what I eat. How ever at night time I do get lots of cravings ( so bad that is difficult to fall asleep) Since I discover this product as well as “EAS advantege carb control lean & toned) has been the solution to my cravings! It is just amazing the way it completely curves my appetite and helps me fall asleep peacefully with zero hunger. It is so perfect for my stomatch that next day I wake up with regular appetite (not starving) and that helps me make smart decisions at my breakfast time.
