Update 7/2/2013: Currently my weight is 278 pounds and I have dropped down to 275 and I havent lost anymore weight but only gained one pound since I left review because I havent been eating as good and the last two weekends havent taken tea or pills so this product does help increase your metabolism in my opinion because of miminial gain weight and eating bad foods and alohcol. Overall great product I will update in two to three weeks.
Update 7/17/2013: If you read my review i said that it works but I need to wait to give long term results I will give next update first week in August I’m currently at 276 pounds I was on vacation last week and I didn’t use any tea or take any pills and I ate bad as well. I came back at 283 pounds took six days to get back to 276 remember heathier eating habits will help lose weight faster this is not a miracle cure but it does work with better eating and exercise. I haven’t exercise a lot but been able to lose weight I hope this helps.
Update 8/10/2013: My current weight is 265 pounds with the combination of healthy eating on weekdays bad eating on weekends. I don’t exercise but my job is in HVAC so I’m active at work. In my opinion the tea and pills together really work but don’t expect to lose weight if you eat bad and don’t exercise to some extent. I also realize that the longer I use the tea and pills its effectiveness seems to diminish but it still works especially the pills because it continues to suppress your appetite. I think this is because the tea has cleaned all of the toxins out of your body at this point but as you eat meals the tea still will cleanse your body about 5 to 8 hours later. Also when the effectiveness started to wean I toughen my diet with no more than 1400 calories a day. I have fruit and water for lunch and nice dinner that is healthy and low in calories. I will give one last update in a few months to show if these products have helped me to achieve my goal 230 pounds or if I’m close to it. In my opinion at this point if you are only trying to lose 5 to 20 pounds this will definitely work still waiting to see if it will help me lose 65 pounds.
Update 12/25/2013: I am still using product tea still works and the pills also but not as effective. my weight is currently 262 pounds I have been as low as 256 but I’m not eating healthy at all. If you lose weight with the tea and pills as long as you are using product I feel that it will be hard to gain back extreme amounts of weight. I did not reach my goal as of yet but that is my fault I said that after holidays that I will eat better and shoot for spring time. I don’t have any health issues. I went to doctor in mid -September and my blood pressure was normal and amazingly I got my cholesterol back down to normal levels. I ‘m getting another lab blood work done in a month I will update again sorry for the late response happy holidays.

Tastes Great, Appears To Be Working,
First, the packaging is excellent because the ingredients are all listed in bold lettering. I hate when a company isn’t transparent about what they put in their product. In the case of the E-Z tea, it is a mixture of various natural herbs and fruits. Nothing with a harsh sounding chemical name is included.
The tea bags themselves come in a foil pouch, which apparently does a great job at sealing in the freshness. When I first opened the package, there was a nice tea aroma with just a hint of a fruity scent that wafted up from the bag.
I made tea as I normally do, allowing for the bags to steep properly in order to really infuse the flavoring in the water. I wanted to get all the positive things I could from this tea.
The taste is surprisingly very good. The tea has a nice heavy body, which many of the bargain store teas I normally drink lack. It reminded me of some expensive specialty tea that I received as a gift years before. There are hints of fruit also, as apparently the tea contains blackberry and cranberry among the other ingredients. While I added Splenda to it, the tea is definitely good enough to drink by itself.
However, I didn’t buy this tea for the taste alone. I need to shed some extra pounds and since my friend had accomplished her goal partially by using E-Z tea, I thought it would also help me out. The tea definitely has a mild diuretic effect. I may notice this less than some other people since I already take a low dosage water pill. But I did seem to go to the bathroom more than usual, which is certainly part of the way in which the tea removes toxins from what I understand.
I also noticed that I felt better after drinking this tea, like I’d received a little energy boost from it. I’m not sure if it was just in my head or not, but it seemed to really make me feel better. Apparently the mixture is designed to also relieve stress, so it may have been working on me at the time.
To lose weight, I began by drinking two cups of this tea each day. I usually have trouble with consuming additional calories during the mid morning and in the evening before dinner time. Those were the two times in which I chose to drink this tea. It worked excellently by giving me a nice boost to carry me through to meal time, as well as suppressing my appetite. I’m not sure how it worked exactly, but I felt less hungry and more energetic than I normally would.
Checking the scales this morning, it turns out that I’ve lost a couple of pounds since starting on the tea four days ago. How much of that is water weight versus fat, I’ll have to wait and see. But the good news is that it does in fact appear to be working. And since it tastes good also, I don’t see any reason to stop using it right now. If I continue to lose weight, then I’ll definitely buy more E-Z tea. I recommend you give it a try and see if it works out for you.
