A nice, natural choice for those looking to lose some pounds.,
I have tried my fair share of weight loss options- everything from good ol’ diet and exercise to ‘cheap’ supplements and more expensive ones. Things like Sensa made me feel TOO full (it was actually uncomfortable! I guess that would work for you if you didn’t want to eat for a month) and OTC options like Ally met me with some very gross side effects (try it if you enjoy time in the restroom!). So a few months back I decided to try a few more ‘herbal’/natural products I ordered.
I have had pretty good success with this pill. I took it as directed on the bottle. Just some advice- it DOES have a noticeable enhanced energy feeling, so I would follow the directions and NOT take it close to bedtime! If you’re extra sensitive, you might want to reduce your coffee/soda intake slightly as well. I did not do this, but one time I drank a few more cups than usual while taking the pill and felt very jittery, but that could’ve just been the coffee. The pills do not have a strong taste or odor and are easy to swallow.
My weight loss started around 7 pounds the first month, and 5 pounds the second month. This is with almost no exercise besides an occasional brisk walk with my dogs or a casual ten minute workout tape for beginners. I have not altered my diet significantly besides trying to drink more water and less soda, and I have subbed fruit for the occasional salty snack/dessert. If you pair the pills with a better diet and exercise, I’m sure the results would be even more noticeable. The appetite suppression is definitely noticeable, but isn’t too strong like other products I’ve tried in the past. It’s just enough to stop me from eating a section of my plate and having urges to snack all the time.
