  I bought this tank and was very impressed. First of all shipped VERY fast! Second the shirt looks and feels great, made out of some quality fabric. If you are tired of making your own “cut-offs” and always messing up and cutting to much off, then quit wasting your time and just buy a few of theses tanks.Now some people always ask why do you wear that kind of shirt? When your working out you stimulate lots of endorphins in your brain causing you to feel good.When you working out and you can see the muscle your working out you tend to be more motivated to work harder.A painter cant paint in pitch black due to the fact that he can not see what he is working with.That is the same principle when working out you can see what youre working with.If you don’t believe me put it to the test. One day when your working out for one set don’t look in the mirror, count how many reps you did. Now look in the mirror and look at the particular muscle group your working out, count how many reps you can do now.You see yourself working causing you to push yourself that much harder.Overall this shirt is great and well worth the money.If you like shirts that are loose then I would recommend getting the size that you normal wear.But if you want it to be Little more tight then get a size smaller.Have fun working out and always remember Bodybuilding is a journey.

  I have been working out for more than 3 years and I always wanted to have something like that. Even if the medium size is still big for me, my next goal is getting size for this. It is high quality and looks cool.
