I rarely leave reviews but felt that I should share my experience with this product. OK so I heard about garcinia cambogia extract from Dr.Oz and was a little skeptical of anything that’s touted as a new miracle weight loss pill. I know from experience that weight loss pills are not good, but an all natural weight loss supplement would be much safer and might be worth trying. I’ve tried sooo many diets over the years and finally realized the hard truth that the secret to consistent weight loss is to eat less and exercise. The problem is I love my food and seem to be always hungry. So the idea of taking a natural weight supplement that suppresses my appetite was very appealing. I wanted to make sure I bought the best quality garcinia supplement and went ahead and did a little research online and found out that there were tons of garcinia products out there. Some good and some totally useless. Dr.Oz recommended buying garcinia cambogia with at least 50% HCA and with potassium and calcium. So I ended up purchasing online from a company called zen health labs who did a high quality and potent garcinia cambogia product, which actually had a higher HCA percentage than Dr.Oz recommended (60% HCA) and also had the potassium and calcium he also suggested we look for. Another thing the swayed my decision to buy from the company was that there were no fillers or artificial additives in the product and they also came in a 180 capsule bottle. I noticed other brands were selling for about the same price and were only offering 60 capsules per bottle.
So when I received the pills my hopes were high but I admit I was a little worried that these wouldn’t work. So after following the recommended weight loss dose on the bottle (3000 mg per day) for one month now I can honestly say that these things work! I initially thought they weren’t doing anything but realized that was because I kept on forgetting to take all the pills and also took them at the wrong times. Once I got organized and took the pills about an hour before my food I started to notice the difference in the way I was feeling. First of all I notice my sugar cravings had diminished and I noticed a significant difference in my appetite. One other thing that surprised me was that I felt much better in myself. I kinda felt happier and also seemed to have more energy.
So after one month of taking garcinia cambogia I am over the moon with my results. I have lost 9 pounds so far and plan on ordering more. This time I’m going to make an effort to do some exercise, as I read that will increase the weight loss buy 2-3 times. But the bottom line is that I’ve lost weight without doing the exercise, so I couldn’t be happier!
So if you’re thinking of trying garcinia cambogia extract make sure you follow the instructions on the bottle and stick it out for at least one month. It really did work for me!

I was a bit skeptical about buy these pills, but I must say it was an excellent choice. I take two before breakfast and by lunch I don’t have an appetite, but take an additional two pills, and eat a very light dinner. I have more energy than before I started taking and have lost 4 pounds in the first week. So pleased and they make me really thirsty, which is great, because the more water you drink daily, the more my system is flushed, and it helps in losing the pounds! I give these pills a 10 out of 10!
