Alot of people seem to have a problem with GNC. I had been taking these vitamins for about 2 years. then I tried some other types of vitamins. I could tell within a few days that I did not feel as well. Not a big difference, but I could tell. The other vitamins cost more and did not work as well. I switched back to Mega Men.
