Good quality multi-vitamin. Doesn’t make me queasy.,
I’ve been taking the recommended dosage of GNC’s Mega Men Sport vitamins for the past several years. I also have tried GNC’s Mega Men multi-vitamin. Prior to that, I used to take Centrum, but they always made me queasy. The Mega Men vitamins are white, while the Mega Men Sport are brown. There doesn’t seem to be much difference between the two vitamins, but the Sport are supposedly formulated to provide for energy. Aside from maybe an herbal taste, a little bad breath, and a foul milky smell to the vitamins that my fiance absolutely can’t tolerate, I haven’t experienced any adverse physical side affects from taking the Mega Men vitamins. While it’s never been proven conclusively that vitamins and supplements do anything to extend life, or shorten it for that matter, given that no one can say for certain how long a person will live, I personally feel better and more energized when I take the vitamins, especially since, like most people with busy lives, I probably fall way short of getting the recommended daily allowance of vitamins out of the foods I eat. These vitamins are fairly large and the recommended daily dosage is two vitamins. They are coated, but if you have difficulty swallowing vitamins, these may not be for you. I just ordered another bottle of 180 count GNC Mege Men Sport, which will keep me going for the next few months. I recommend these vitamins.

The only vitamin that works for me,
I have a hectic work and long work week and this is the one vitamin that actually makes a difference. I’ve tried to switch to the Costco brand premium multi-vitamin for men but it just doesn’t provide the pick-me up that these do. I highly recommend them.

Love this stuff!,
I startd taking this a couple months ago and am really impressed with the way I feel. I am a US Marine and am very active. These vitamines provide me with all the essentials I need as well as some amino acids to help my muscles heal when I’m done with PT. I’ll definitely continue to take these.
