I used to take this multivitamin when I was an athlete and found that it really helped me recover. I stopped taking it after I completed eligibility as I was no longer “active” in the sense I was previously. I dealt with fatigue and after a couple years decided to see if taking this vitamin on a regular basis would help. I notice a big difference. I can even tell when I forget to take the vitamin I feel fatigued early into the evening. I feel I handle my stress better since I am not as tired. Even when I am tired I am able to function better than before taking the vitamins when I was wiped out and ready for a nap once I started feeling tired. I’ve recommended it to others too who also have seen similar benefits.

I just received my order and received it super fast. I usually buy the ultra mega gold without iron and was very disappointed that it was discontinued. I used it for years and it worked very well for me, my Dr. Recommend it. I canât write a review for the one I just received but will in 2 months. All I can say for now is that I received it very fast and I hope that It works as well as the one Iâm used to.

Been taking these for awhile. I usually get these from the GNC store and/ or website. But I thought I buy a lot of things I need from Amazon Prime, so look it up. So now I order here. And I really like these Vitamins.
