    I have tried many types of whey protein in my life. I have chronic pain and fatigue and eating well is really important, however, my energy is low so I substitute one or two meals/snacks with whey for the extra protein I need for healing. Most of the traditional powdered whey is artificially flavored, sometimes artificially sweetened and usually way too much for my taste regardless of the method. I had graduated to grass-fed whey this year and it’s hard to find good whey that I can afford on a disability budget. I found this whey by BN labs on sale at approximately 17 dollars per bottle. It was unflavored and unsweetened and I had never used one like that before, but the cost was too good not to buy. I purchased three. No problems with shipping or packaging. I’m a member of prime so two day ship as usual. I was surprised at how easy it was to mix only using a shaker bottle with 3 mixer balls in it. (I have stocked up on shaker bottles so I combine the mixers that come with them) I use only water, a very tiny bit of raw honey, and sometimes peanut butter powder. It was very easy to drink, which was a surprise. I usually take vitamins or supplements with my whey protein because they go down easier than with water. I have had a gastric bypass so upset stomach or reflex can be an issue but not with this protein. I purchased in June 2017 and this review is on 8/28/2017. I have since been very happy to have been contacted by BN Labs because I noted a great sale on another product that they had on sale for approx 4 dollars using a code that you would receive by responding to a post on FB. I didn’t get it and so I kinda wrote a nasty note saying that I felt gyped in the question and answer portion of the information page here on Amazon. They immediately responded and was very nice and gave me a code. Since then whenever they have a special price on their items they message me directly. with a direct link to the item, and the code. I have bought 5 other items on major sale because of them reaching out. The average price is like 26 dollars and with the code I pay approx 4 dollars. They just informed me that they will be adding a 5 lbs size of this protein due to the demand and people like me who buy multiple units. I am very pleased with the personal outreach and they even ask me questions and give information revelant to my use of the products.

    I have avoided taking whey concentrate because of stomach problems. So I decided to give this one a try because of the fact that it was grass-fed etc and was pleasantly surprised. The smell and taste of this unflavored grassfed whey concentrate is pretty good! I will be buying this again provided the price is right.
