So far this product has been amazing. I’ve been experiencing improvement on my hair. Also my nails feel stronger. On My skin Still donât see a noticeable differences YET, but I am hopeful that over time this will help my skin too. That’s the reason I bought this in the first place was to increase collagen in my face, in particular. Because a friend of mine recommended it to me and her results are really notable. We’ll see how it works for me. I’m will give it another few containers for now.

What is collagen anyway? It’s the glue that holds our skin together; a protein thatâs made abundantly in our bodies. The collagen we produce aides in strengthening the elasticity and regeneration of connective tissues, bones, tendons, and joints.
Did I notice a difference after finishing it? YOU BETCHA! Which is why it was so scary for me. I didn’t see a difference at first until I was checking my fine lines and wrinkles and observed they were plumper than usual. Was it a placebo effect? I stopped using it for a week, and I could tell a marked difference. In fact, I did it on accident as I was sick that week and forgot to take it in my daily routine. I wondered what the heck had changed until I realized, Sdara’s Collagen was the reason for this shift.
Sdara states the Marine Collagen is tasteless aka no fishy taste. I agree, no fishy taste, but man is there a taste! I can’t put my finger on it, but I do notice something is off when mixed in coffee or tea. I fix this by sweetening with honey or creamer, and it goes away.
The only ingredient found in Sdara’s Marine Collagen Powder is 100% wild-caught, ethically harvested scales of Pacific snapper. Tricks and Tips:
Opt for hot drinks. When combined with cold beverages, it clumps up and doesn’t mix right.
Put a little bit of liquid and a scoop of powder, stir, so it breaks down faster, and then add the rest in. I didn’t have to keep stirring when I did it this way.

I would repurchase because the benefits are worth it IMO. They carry another product: Collagen Peptides – Hydrolyzed Collagen aka bovine. I’m curious if the taste of their bovine collagen is different or improved?
