I sampled this product at last years Arnold Sports Festival, and was pleased with the taste and the resulting energy. My friend and I have bought several boxes worth since then. I feel this is a good prework drink. It’s not as jitter-inducing as some of its’ rivals. The overall feeling is more of an uplifting of your spirits, and a feeling that another 30 minutes on the elliptical or a couple more sets per exercise might be a fine idea. It tastes great, lasts plenty long enough to get in great workout, and wears off cleanly, with no side effects like sleeplessness etc… Give it a try!
