good mass builder,
High calories, high carbs, high protein, low sugar, 0 trans fats, exactly what a mass gainer should have. If you are already getting enough carbs and calories in your diet, stick to protein drinks, not mass gainers. For those of us who can’t get enough cals & carbs, this is very good. However, i’d like to see Glutamine and BCAAs added, and of course it could be a little cheaper.

Good protein,
This protein is good, my only complaint is that it’s high in carbs. If you stop working out for a while its like you turn to mush. It tastes great tho, and its great-just don’t take off from the gym.

Quick tid-bits,
There is minimal sugar compared to some other mass builders. But, the taste is veeeery sweet. Too sweet for my preference. However, the extra calories are worth it, especially when your really on on the go with work.
