Appetite be gone!!,
I have been taking this product for about two weeks now, and my appetite is completely gone. I have to force myself to eat small meals through out the day. I have used weight loss pills before and I always felt super jittery and would have a headache towards the end of the day. I have not had any jitters, heart palpitations, or headaches. I have lost about 5 pounds and about an inch off my waist so far, but I also do Pilates 2-3x a week and go on 3-4 mile walks 3-4x a week, the pills give me enough energy to want to be active. I actually spoke to one of the customer service representatives yesterday because I had to take a drug test for my new job in my career field. ( I am a recent college grad. ) I was very nervous because I read that some over the counter pills can cause ” false positives” on drug screenings. Owning a restaurant can be hard. Beyond the late hours, I wind up snacking all the time. I usually try to offset it all by working out or doing sports (tennis, basketball) a couple of times a week – yet I never really felt that I looked like I was getting that much exercise.
