Safe for those with MTHFR!,
I’ve tried my fair share of prenatals. Some would make me nauseous. Some would make me constipated. Some gave me migraines. Some were like swallowing horse pills. Some had multiple pills. Some have multiple pills that I had to take at different times of the day (seriously, who has time for THAT?!). But these are amazing! No ill tummy side effects, no migraines, just one pill, and it really isn’t that big for a multivitamin. And I LOVE the cost!
The fact that these pills are organic and natural is a HUGE plus! I don’t like to fill my body with unnecessary synthetics like you normally find in vitamins.
Finally, these are dairy and gluten free (among with other things, but I am dairy and gluten free for allergy reasons) so I can take them without fear of a reaction. I would definitely recommend these!
