    Use this to make the absolute best low carb waffle. Watching carbs is easy with this product. I spray my small waffle maker with cooking spray and allow to heat while mixing ingredients. I use about 2 1/2 to 3 Tbl of powder, 1 egg, 1 tsp oil, 1/2 tsp baking powder, pinch of salt and 2 tsp of sugar free maple syrup. Mix all these with whisk until smooth. Right before pouring onto waffle maker add 1 tsp of water and whisk again. Pour into the middle of the waffle maker and it will run into the outer edges, close the lid and let it rise. Serve with butter and sugar free syrup. MMMMMMMMMM.
