I’ve been using it for almost a year and it’s been working. In combination with Vibrance Vitamins for Hair Growth my hair has gotten longer and thicker than I have ever had it. Biotin alone gave me good improvement and then both together got my friends and hair stylist asking me what I was doing with my hair!

I read alot of the reviews before ordering this biotin. But let me tell you, from what I’m understanding from the reviews is it may work well for one person and not at all for another. With that in mind, you can only surmise that body chemistry has to play a part. I looked at the price, and since it is less than what I sometimes pay for tax on my online purchases, I decided to try it. My hair,although VERY LONG, started thinning years ago and I just thought it was due to aging. I briefly tried the Rogaine, but it didnt do anything and I didnt want to keep paying that much a month. Besides, I liked wigs anyway, so I would just slap one one and look just as good as I did with my own hair. For years and years I used the hair vitamins at GNC (total waste of money,no change in my hair). All the while, the hair in the top of my head became so thin until you could see more scalp than hair! I just ordered these about a week ago. I also thought I would begin massaging my scalp once a day to get the blood flow to the follicles. I work in my garden alot, usually with gloves (but sometimes without!), so my nails were equally as stunted. The first week, I noticed my nails were starting to grow. Easy to notice because they were ALL short, and the most evident of all of these pills working, is that my nails were all growing about the same length- ALL TEN AT ONCE! That NEVER has happened. I may have a few to grow at a normal pace, but there was also one or two that rarely growed at all. They have all grown ALOT and I havent put any type of hardner or ANYTHING on them yet (anxious to do that this week, because it will help them grow even FASTER!). Now for my hair, the biggest miracle of all. I wash my hair once a week like most African Americans (because unlike whites, we NEED oils in our hair, and washing more than that will strip the hair of necessary oils it needs to maintain health). I started to notice what looked like a dark “shadow” in the top of my head where the main bald area is (its too large to call a “spot”). Since I wear glasses, I had to get a magnifying glass to see it closely. You could have knocked me over with a feather! Fine, dark hair has begun growing in that area, all over it! I thought to myself, “this isn’t even possible – is it???” Hair can’t grow this fast! Well,apparently, it can because it IS. Now, I’m really excited because it’s now possible that my hair CAN GROW BACK!!!! (OH JOY!!!). I thought the follicles were all dead! For those of you who say it doesn’t work, all I can say to you, is maybe on you, it won’t. But, maybe it will. If you notice, the one constant in almost every 4-5 star rating on this product is how LONG it took for them to see a change, and if you notice, that can differ with the individual. I think the massaging made a difference too, so DEFINITELY do that as well (plus it’s very relaxing anyway). I am anxious to see just how MUCH it will work, but that will take more time. IF you are like me, and think there is NO hope for your own natural hair to grow back, think again. The hope is in this little (cheap) bottle of biotin! Like Nike says, “JUST DO IT.”

I had a bald spot on the back of my head and it’s completley gone. I have a lot of new hair growth and it feels thicker and stronger. Very pleased with this product and I highly recommend it.
