OK so this supplement is rated number 1 on a rating list of 100 multivitamins that comes out once per year. That rating is based primarily on the bio-availability or the supplement and whether or not the supplement actually has what it claims is actually in the supplement .
That rating doesn’t take into account the quality of the ingredietns that are in that supplement,
