Was kind of skeptical about this protein…
The taste is good. Not to sweet and doesn’t leave nasty after taste.
Great with cold water.
I gave it 4 starts because of the packaging.
I’m a big guy with a big palms… Its was kind of hectic for me to reach for the scoop and get some powder out.
Other than that, its a great product.

Great taste; poor design,
I love the actual product. I have the caramel and just ordered the latte. Tastes great and is an awesome edition to my morning routine and supplements.
HOWEVER – whoever designed this packaging was going much more for the cute novelty look of a coffee bag instead of thinking about their customer. This is a protein powder – meaning most of your customers may be on the larger/more muscular size. The opening to this bag barely fits the scoop that comes with it. I have tiny hands and could barely get it out and it’s going to get progressively worse as it gets lower. I am going to have to transfer it to a tupperware so i can even get to the powder. Also, this is one of those where the servings is 1 1/2 scoops. Just make a scoop that is the serving size! Oh, my bad, it probably wouldn’t fit through the bag’s opening.
But don’t let that deter you from this stuff. I love it and am already hooked a couple days in.

Poor to fair taste cool/cold. Mixes OK with cold water.
t will not mix with hot water. You must first mix it with cold water then microwave it if you want it hot.
Taste is not much improved when hot.
I may try one more flavor, as I like Natures Best brand, but will not buy this one again.
