Curbed my cravings,
Okay, we all start out with looking for a good all purpose multi-vitamin. Tried this one because I like the idea of whole foods vitamins and this one is geared towards women my age. What I didn’t expect was that my munchie cravings would diminish drastically. While it could have been coincidence, when I ran out, the cravings started up again to where I was grazing constantly. Got more vitamins and after several days to a week, the cravings subsided again. Am thinking that maybe I was craving something that my body was missing and this brought up the nutrients to the levels I needed. At any rate, I continue to order these vitamins over other multis because of this.

My mom is 47 years old, and a few months ago she started to forget things, like where she put an object, or how to get to work. She called me crying one day saying that she thought she was going to “loose” her mind, so I did the only thing I could think of: Search up how to treat/prevent memory loss. I read that a regimen with omega 3 fish oils, and vitamin D3 would help; so I went on the next leg of my journey: search for the best brand of vitamins. I found this brand (Nature’s Way/Alive) to be the best, but decided that these once daily pills would be best for my mom.
She was kind of peeved when she saw the 50+ on the front, but I convinced her to take them anyways. Within a week of taking them, she thanked me so much for buying them, told me that for the first time in a while her mind has never been so clear, and that actually had stopped taking her anti-depressants. Since then she has been taking the pills on and off because she’s so busy, and last week she told me to remind her to keep on taking the vitamins because she actually felt a difference without the vitamins.
