Update: After 6 weeks of using the product, all of the side effects that I’ve mentioned below are gone. I’m assuming my body is used to the product now. I have never, ever taken any dieting pills, energy pills or any other kind of supplements for that matter, which is probably why I was so sensitive when first taking these. I started at 177 pounds before taking this product and I’m now at 168 pounds. I do work out a lot(and I mean A LOT), cardio and weight exercises. With my muscles getting bigger and stronger AND I still lost about 10 pounds within 6 weeks, I’d say the product definitely helped. My body fat was at 19% and just last night it’s now at 13%. I don’t really feel the boost in energy or anything when taking these pills anymore. However, I still feel the appetite suppressant working. I have not checked my blood pressure or anything else so I cannot comment on that.
I am 5’8″ and my goal weight is 150 pounds, so I still have 18 more pounds to lose. Realistically, I do not expect this product to help me lose 18 more pounds. It seems impossible to depend on just 1 product to help me lose a total of 27 pounds. I don’t even know if it’s possible for me to hit my target weight. I’m already at 13% body fat…it seems like there is no way to drop another 18 pounds with just 13% body fat left. If anything, I’d have to sacrifice muscle mass as well, which is not what I want to do.

I bought this product and have been using it for about 2 weeks now. Here are the pros and cons, hopefully they’ll help you decide on if this is the right product for you. The product claims to help you lose weight, boosts your metabolism, reduces inflammation, improves your cholesterol levels, lowers your blood sugar, strengthens your immune system while having no side effects at all! Seems too good to be true? Maybe. I was only interested in the product for its advertised weight loss so I did not bother measuring my cholesterol and all that…sorry cannot help you there.
You will get a completely honest review, however, keep in mind that everyone is different and that our bodies are not all the same. I may experience something that you wont experience, good or bad.
Pros:
– I definitely did notice my weight going down. I kept my diet and exercises the same and after 2 weeks, I’ve lost 6 pounds.
– After taking 1 pill, I immediately feel more alert and focused after just 20 minutes.
– The pills smell good and you definitely notice a hint of raspberry…especially when you burp within 1-2 hours of taking the pill.
– Kicks in fairly fast, about 15-20 minutes for me.
– Does suppress your appetite for a good 4-6 hours. However, do NOT go 6 hours without any food…you want to eat small portions once every 2 hours or so to keep your metabolism high. It’s very important in the long run for your weight loss goal if you can keep your metabolism up. What I really like about these supplements is that I still do get hungry but I feel full after eating very little. This helps me achieve my goal of eating very small meals 6-7 times a day.
– So far I have not noticed any permanent side effects. There is a temporary side effect which I will go over in the cons portion.
Cons:
– Temporarily makes me feel somewhat lightheaded for the first 20 minutes of taking it. This is very weird because I almost returned this product the first time I used it because of this side effect. After the initial 20 minutes, I feel more energized and alert. This side effect is starting to get better…I guess my body just wasn’t used to this when I first took it.
– It’s actually written on the bottle that you may take “1 capsule after dinner to avoid late-night snacking.” Don’t do it. I could not sleep for a good 2-3 hours after taking it.
Other notes:
– The directions on the bottle pretty much states that you can take it whenever you want as long as you don’t exceed 2 capsules per day. However, I notice that taking it on an empty stomach makes me feel more jittery. I strongly, STRONGLY recommend that you eat something VERY light, such as a small protein bar (not those crazy meal replacement bars that are about 500 calories each), a banana, a few nuts or anything along that line.
– If you call NatureWise, you will receive another bottle for free…I’d say do it if you like the product.
– Take anything with caffeine along with this product at your own risk. I don’t feel very comfortable adding caffeine to this but that’s your choice.

If you are looking for a magic pill that will burn all the fat away over a very short period of time, this isn’t the pill. However, if you are looking for a pill that will do it over the course of some months, safer, and more permanent, then this I recommended.
I will admit, I was highly unsure of this product, but after reading several reviews, from both here on amazon and other sites, and also doing research, I decided to give it a shot. The first week I took it, I felt higher levels of energy, a slow increase each day. After a week, I could’ve gone without food till late afternoon without feeling tired or drained of energy, as long as I popped a pill in the morning. Yes I know this is unhealthy, but I felt great.
Anyhow, after the first week, I noticed I was beginning to loose the weight. I must say this was achieved with no change in diet, and around 2 or 3 30 minutes exercise sessions for the week at most ( depending if I got the time). This was all a regular routine for me.
Long story short, as I am tired at the moment after a hard day of work, over the weeks after my first week, I notice the weight loss of about 3 lbs a week on average. Some weeks it was 1-2 lbs, others were between 3-5 lbs. My first bottle lasted me roughly 2 months( going at the recommended 2 pills/day. I have lost approximately 23 lbs over the course of 2 mths. I must admit that I am very pleased with this result. I have ordered another product, and have also received a free bottle from Naturewise which I am also very happy for.
I do hope this help someone out there. I personally haven’t felt any side effects such as headaches, nauseas or anything else that I know are normally associated with weight loss products. After I’ve completed the use of my 2 bottles that are in my possession now, I would stop the product for about a month or two, to fully allow my body to adjust more to the weight loss, before I resume the product till I am at my target weight.
