Ugh…miserable,
These gloves have a goofy fit. They are large in the palm and fingers but there is not a gusset of any sort for movement around the thumb so they pull across the palm when trying to spread the hand out and open to grip anything, basically rendering the thumb immobile. Also, the seam around the thumb is thick on the inside and rubs horribly on the webbing between the thumb and hand. I wore these for one spin class and the skin in that area was red and raw. I cannot recommend these at all. I am continually amazed that I cannot find a workout glove that has smooth inside seams.

Pointless,
I am very disappointed with these lifting gloves. My old gloves finally fell apart, so I bought these. I’ve used them for about 3 weeks now. I don’t do very heavy lifting, but these gloves don’t do much more for me than using my bare hands. My hands hurt during and after each workout and I have new callouses. There is no padding in the gloves. It seems to be only an extra layer of the already very thin fabric sewn to parts of the palms. Also, the microfiber type material on the palms is nowhere near as tough as my old gloves’ leather palms. These restrict movement in my thumbs and are tough to take off when I’m done. My only favorable comment is that they do look nice.
