Excellent recovery product, recommend stacking with creatine and Citrulline Malate,
I’ve been taking beta alanine for the last few years. Just lately it is becoming known in the bodybuilding community, I’ve been talking about it since I started taking back in 2009. It’s a solid recovery supplement, especially when stacked with creatine or something like Citrulline Malate. Especially good results with the Citrulline, Big pumps and strength increased, especially with shoulders and chest. It taste pretty bad though, but it doesn’t matter because it works really well. Have had solid results with Now brand as well as primaforce. Primaforce has a buy one get one free thing going on now, Primaforce Citrulline Malate 200 Grams + FREE Beta Alanine Powder 250 Grams. Besides that though, really can’t go wrong with either brand.
