Last time I bought the 1kg tub and it worked as expected despite being somewhat grainy and not great for mixing. This product was micronized to the consistency of powdered sugar: very, very fine powder. Will buy again if I can’t get the 1kg in the same micronized version. After reading other reviews about ‘Made in China’ issues (that seemed like a batch problem), I can tell you my most recent order of this product had no unusual smell, taste or consistency as well as no unexpected side effects (gotta know what you’re getting yourself into when using creatine).

Creatine is safe and has shown to be effective in helping people get that last rep or two in. If you are curious about creatine, I recommend this brand to people. It is the cheapest and I know that NOW foods is one of the best supplement companies on the market in terms of purity and quality.
This stuff is flavorless, so mix it with anything (it doesn’t mix all that well) or just put a spoonful in your mouth and drink it down like I do!
You may not notice creatine working, until you don’t have it, then you can feel the difference!

At the end of the day it is a supplement, it wont change your life, and you can live without it. Grind everyday, eat right, and stay consistent. Creatine won’t make you a bodybuilder or power lifter, but it wont hurt you getting to your goals either.

Product arrived in a dented cardboard box which caused the plastic bottle to be crushed/dented also. Contents seemed to be unaffected. I purchased this product to aid in avoiding dehydration while working in intense heat. I haven’t used it long but seems to be helping achieve this goal.
