I bought this as an alternative to the Gold Standard Optimum Whey that has artificial sweeteners. I use both, but take them at different times. The Oats and Whey is very good. Optimum makes the best whey protein, hands down. It tastes good, mixes well and has plenty of protein per serving. There is a slight grittiness when drinking, but its insignificant. Shipping was very fast. I will continue to buy this. I just wish I could find it in a 5 lb. container.

Aside from tasting great and providing for a nice, hearty shake, the deal-sealer for me is the fact that ON’s Oats & Whey product doesn’t have the nasty aftertaste and negative health benefits that come with all the other products sweetened with Sucralose, Aspartame, or Stevia. Powdered honey and powdered cane? I can do that! The oats also provide great complex carbs that give me the energy I need.
