To maximize its impact on performance, creatine must first get inside the muscles. While pure creatine works well on its own, it’s possible to achieve faster delivery and greater overall results by combining this proven ingredient with synergistic compounds in precise ratios. Building on a foundation of Creapure Creatine, we’ve added a proprietary matrix of fast-acting, easy-digesting carbohydrates, nutritive electrolyte transporters, and key volumizing amino acids to accelerate delivery and ele

This product tastes great (I bought fruit punch) and mixed thoroughly (no creatine grit and no residue) it’s just like drinking Kool-aid. While it’s tough to judge the results of suplements I would say that the creatine did seem to digest quicker. I was able to drink the pre-load, rinse the bottle and go right into lifting and feel the creatine boost. I did not do a scientific study, but I would say it seemed to work better overall, as well.

The one negative (why I give it 4, instead of 5 stars) is the serving size. I was impressed with the weight:price ratio, so I bought it figuring that I get about the same amount of serving as a 1 Kg pure creatine container. Unfortunatley, a serving size is 47.5g (about the size of a protein shake scoop) consisting of 35g carbs (32g sugar), 5g creatine, 1g L-glutamine with traces of other aminos. This is by no means a rip-off like the giant tubs of protein powder that are 4 giant scoops per serving and only have 20 servings. The price is very good and you do get good value, it’s just something to be aware of. I will probably go back to adding sugar to pure creatine for now, but if my financial situation improves I would go back to this product.

I have been using this product for 4 weeks now after getting back to weight training for a little over two months. I purchased the fruit punch flavor and although I wouldn’t call it “good tasting”, it certainly isn’t “bad”. Anyone taking supplements shouldn’t be expecting taste to be very good anyway. When taken 45 minutes before workout there is a very noticable difference in the workout. Energy stays high, stamina increases, and a really good and lasting pump. No jitters or crash post workout either. I would highly recommend this product. I have been using it in conjunction with a decent diet and ON’s Gold Standard protein products. Ten pounds of mass added in four weeks. Great product at a good price. Remember to drink plenty of water.

I am on Chris Gethin’s 12 week transformation program and I bought this because I needed a good creatine supplement. Unfortunately I do not really know the difference between pre-load creatine and normal creatine other than the pre-load has extra calories and essentially the ingredients of a redbull.

Effects: increased energy, definite muscle definition after 1.5 weeks of use. I have never been this strong and my workout seems to be really helping.

Negatives: the negatives to this product is the extra calories and other additives that this creatine has. You can always go all natural, but they say this is absorbed faster.

I suppose I can go either way between this or pure creatine. But for the value and taste it gets 5 stars.

Tip: I take pre-workout and do 20 minutes of cardio before lifting, then when I’m done lifting I drink another half serving mixed with my vanilla protein. Its like a strawberry milk shake!

Buy it. Use for a month, go off it for a week. Repeat.
