Best Tasting Vanilla Whey Protein I’ve tried,
This Pure Protein 100% Natural Whey Protein in Vanilla Creme is the best I’ve ever tried, and I’ve tried more than 6 different kinds. I use it every morning in a blender-mixed fruit and yogurt smoothie, and it gives me energy AND keeps me feeling full all morning. This whey powder is so delicious, I’ve even made my 80+ year old parents converts to whey protein smoothies.
With any variety of whey powder, I’ve found that if I start the blender with just the yogurt, fruit and ice cubes, and get the mixture going BEFORE I add the whey powder, then the powder mixes evenly and smoothly. If I put the powder in the blender with the other ingredients and THEN turn the blender on, the powder is prone to stick to the walls of the blender and otherwise create lumps.

Good Whey Protein With No Additives,
This is one of the few whey proteins I’ve found that has no additives and still tastes edible. It actually tastes like vanilla which is great. I use it every day, once in the morning and usually after I hit the gym at night. It’s really easily mixed with a variety of fruits or other drink blends to help keep from getting sick of it. It keeps me from feeling hungry before lunch time during the day and I’m more satisfied when I finish working out at night having had a glass right afterward.
The protein is a great way to boost muscle recovery. I use it in conjunction with MMP to really help bulk up my muscles while keeping the rest of my body lean. The MMP is taken about 30 minutes before my work out and it helps me pump harder and gain more during my routine. What the MMP does is boost your hormone levels to give you a better overall work out and engage more muscles than a routine in and of itself- Muscle Maxx Pro Bodybuilding Supplement (1 Month). I’ve had nothing but a positive experience using the two together. The MMP gets me going before hand and the protein keeps me on my feet afterward. It’s a solid combination for me.
