Finally, a no-nausea multivitamin.,
Just wanted to join the chorus of very happy takers of this multivitamin. I’ve always had problems with nausea after taking other MVs, and had been resigned to taking children’s chewables, which are disgustingly sweet. I finally found these and haven’t had any issues- they’re very easy on the stomach.
I noticed that at least one reviewer found the pills to be too large. I don’t have sensitivies to pill size/shape/texture so this hasn’t been a problem for me, but I’m uploading two pictures (overhead and side shots) to give other people an idea of whether the size could be an issue. Hope this helps.

Great price, gentl(er) on the stomach than synthetic,
I liked these vitamins because they did not make me sick, and the price is fantastic for what you’re getting. Warning you though, if you have a tough time swallowing pills, these vitamins are pretty big. I have to chew them, but they taste absolutely horrible, especially when they get stuck in your teeth. I remedied that by chewing on dried cranberries to get it all out of my teeth.
I have also tried cutting them in half, but even then they are too difficult to swallow, even if I coat them in olive oil and jelly. Some people just have a difficult time taking pills and I happen to be one of those people, unfortunately!!
My mom on the other hand finds them incredibly easy to swallow. But then again, she can take pills very easily.
Although my mom is taking them (and loves them), I am personally not taking these anymore since I am taking other herbal supplements. Please be aware that this product contains an herbal formulation (see below), so you have to be careful if you are taking other herbs. I am switching my future purchase to NewChapter brand so it doesn’t interact with the herbs I am taking.
I wish that they would make these all natural vitamins without herbs. If anyone knows of any, please let me know.

Great Product!,
I was referred to these vitamins by my sister. She does a lot of research on vitamins and what actually disolves in your stomach. This one was a winner!! It doesn’t hurt when taken on an empty stomach and it gives me so much energy! I can actually tell when I forget to take it a day or two. My life is crazy busy with a toddler, 2 dogs and teaching full time I can use any extra help, naturally, with energy and feeling healthy!!
