I’m incredibly impressed with the results of this product. Before using this product, I was bench pressing one set at 6-7 reps at 205lbs max. After 2 weeks of using this, I can now do a second set no problem of 205lb! I’ve only used one serving 2-3 times a week (2 weeks total).

Keep in mind, only use creatine if you’re doing intense workouts, otherwise you will just look strong & become bloated. For the serious athlete, this stuff works wonders & makes you stronger only if your serious about intense workouts.

I suffer from chronic fatigue, a metabolic problem wherein your cells cannot properly convert calories from food into energy.

I can’t speak for the effectiveness of Creatine as a workout aid, but I can say that it has lessened some of my fatigue symptoms. It’s a far cry from a cure, but it helps a lot, and for the price, it’s worth trying.

Also, if you used to use creatine 5-6 years ago and remember it tasting like hot asphalt, don’t worry. This product’s claims of being tasteless are more or less true. Mixed in plain water, there is a small bitter aftertaste, similar to artificial sweeteners. Mixed with juice or a breakfast smoothie, it is unnoticeable.
