    I am new to these type of pre-workout powder or protein powder for that matter. I happened to pick up N.O. Furry on sale as well as “Black Powder” by other manufacture. I tried Black Powder,it gave me weird feelings “jittery” so I have to cut the amount by half. It helps with me workout a little, don’t get tired as easy. Then I tried N.O. Furry, after 30 to 40 minutes it kicks in. I feel like wanting to keep working out. I can play tennis for an hour plus with no sign of fatigue. It really works. I don’t feel jittery. I love it. I got two jars on clearance for under $13 each. I will be buying more of this for sure after I am done with the two jars.

    I’ve been using Six Star for a Month now. This pre workout gives you the details of 1 Scoop or 2 Scoops. Out of the “40” servings.

    Honestly, this is a decent Preworkout. It worked for me, but here are some things. I don’t drink soda or caffeinated beverages on the regular, so when I take this pre workout, the caffeine does kick in for me. If you have a high caffeine intake, cut down and this might start working better.

    I’ve tried, NVIE Nutrition, EVL, ON, Cellucor, Muscle Pharm and other popular brands. This is a GOOD pre workout, NOT THE BEST, but its GOOD. It does work and it can give results. You just have to put the work into the gym.

    Honestly if I had to choose, I’d go with NVIE Nutrition’s Pro Edge Preworkout or Cellucor’s C4 Preworkout. Other than that, Six Star’s Whey Isolate protein is Great and Works better than other Top Brand Proteins I’ve tried. I just don’t like their Chocolate Whey Protein, tastes like BodyTech’s which I didn’t like. Chemically Chocolately.

    Love Six Star though anyways. 🙂 Cheers

    This is my first time trying a pre-workout mix, but not my first time using a six star product. This stuff does what it is supposed to do, and it does it pretty well. I use one serving once a day, in the morning before I run. I only use the four ounces of water with one scoop to drink it down pretty fast because the taste of this stuff is pretty bad compared to the fruit punch creatine. So, pros and cons;
    Pros:
    Affordable
    It works really well
    Easily mixed in my blender bottle
    Servings are small

    Cons:
    Taste is bad, but tolerable. It isn’t the sucralose causing the bad taste in this one, you can’t even tell that is in it. something else makes it kind of bitter.
    The energy rush can come on kind of strong for the first few days.
