I know the other Six Star protein shakes I’ve used such as the Professional Strength Whey Protein + does work to improve my muscle strength, endurance and size. And I’m confident their Casein Protein is also effective because it uses a similar formula and same key ingredients. I appreciate the price of Six Stars products are affordable compared to other protein shake brands, which don’t offer the same quality ingredients. The only thing I feel could be improved with the Casein Protein is to offer a larger container with more servings. I work out 3-4 days a week and this 1.5 pounds container usually lasts for only 2 weeks. I think if they offer a 5 pound container that would be great.

Good Protein,
This is a good casein protein; good taste and mixes easily w/ water or milk. Casein protein is slower burning than whey, do it’s good to take @ night, or when you’ll be going w/out a meal for a while. Tihs is a good value for the money!

Good product,
Good stuff, gets me through the night so I can go to the gym each day and still gain. Really helps having this product as a bedtime snack to curb hunger right before bed too.
