Works very good. Works even better with high amounts of proteins and carbohydrates. If your eating every 3 – 4 hrs you will see tremendous gains in strength and body composition. best Creatine product ever,
I’m 52 years old and I believed that I had hit a plateau that I wasn’t going to get past, but I’ve been using this for 2 months and I’ve added 5 pounds of lean muscle, and increased my max lifts by anywhere from 5 to 10 %. That’s a lot at my age. Younger people should see more impressive results. I use half a scoop (I think most labels recommned dosages that are too high) and it works great for me. I’m not sure a full scoop would make that much difference. But feel free to try it. I mix it with white grape juice for max absorption.
