Really good whey protein for post-exercise smoothies. I looked to switch from some of the larger brands, as some have a chalky taste and cause me to get a bloated stomach. Source is a great alternative! Highly recommended!

I have tried a lot of protein and this one by far is the purest of ingredients and also of taste. It’s more expensive than most but you’re paying for quality, for sure. I love the fact that this protein is rGBH free!
