My Experience with the Sweet Sweat Jar while trying to lose weight,
I have been using the waist trimmer with this product (got them at the same time) for the last three weeks. I have a treadmill in my basement and do a combination of running and walking for 45 minutes three times a week. Sweet Sweat definitely works! Before I’m even 5 minutes into my cardio session, the target area is already drenched in sweat. And when I take of the waist trimmer at the end of my workout, I’ve learned to keep a towel close by because the sweat is literally dripping of my body!
My goal was to lose 45 lbs which I’ve been trying to lose for over a year. Before I stopped losing weight I had lost a total of 12 pounds (not very much for that much time!). Its only been a few weeks since I started losing weight again (yep new treadmill : ) but I’m already down another seven pounds so I’m pretty happy right now.
One thing I will also mention is CLA (Primaforce Max CLA 180 Softgels + Free 25 Grams Raspberry Ketones Powder) which I got at the same time as my waist trimmer and the Sweat Jar. From what I’ve read, CLA targets fat specifically in the stomach and hips region so I figured it be good fit with what I’m trying to do. Without knowing whats working better than the next thing one thing is for sure, I haven’t look or felt this thin in a very long time.
For those trying to lose weight, I recommend finding a easy way to do cardio (having cardio equip in the house has made all the difference for me!), a natural fat burner without caffeine and that other stuff if you have a sensitive stomach like me, and the Sweet Sweat Jar with the waist trimmer, or any other product that targets the area of your body you want to focus on.

This stuff Works i put it on my belly area, put some plastic wrap so i dont mess my clothes after my work out i take the wrap off and im telling you i could fill a cup with my sweet, Trust me it work i recomend this 100%

Great product,
Sweet sweat has helped me sweat more when i work out and plus i wear it when I’m going to work. When i first started using sweet sweat i was 236 pound now in 195 pounds.
