Better workouts,
Been taking this for a few months. Ever since I’ve had all around better workouts. I have way more energy while I’m running on the treadmill or lifting weights, and because of that I work out more then I use to. Ever since after my workouts I’m not as tired as I use to be. Amazing product for people who go to the gym regularly will increase your energy by a lot.
