Titanium Muscle Gain,
I am happy with the results using this product. I am on my second set of 3 bottles. Although the price is decent, I wish I could buy it in a larger quantity and save a few bucks on shipping but not that big a deal. I have been working out for about 5 years and have tried different things. There is only one other brand besides this one that I felt worked right but some guys I talked to said it wasnt safe so I kept trying other things until I found this. My muscles are looking more defined now and I have been bulking up easier over the last several months. I learned the expensive way that overloading on extra protein wasnt the best path to get where I wanted to go. So, enough babbling, I like this product and will stick with it.

Works pretty good,
This seems to work better for me then extra protein. I have been working out with free weights for about 4 months. The first two months, I was using whey protein, having extra meat, and eggs. I didnt see a lot of change in my muscles. I they were tone but not growing or better defined. I started using this product about 5 weeks ago and am finally seeing some improvements in my muscle size and definition of my muscles. I am not sure if taking protein with this product helps but this product made the difference for me. I am only giving it 3 stars because of the cost.
