The Best Whey On The Market,
This is the best whey protein on the market! Syngex is easy to mix and tastes great! I take two shakes a day and the 5lb jug will last about 3.5 weeks. This is just one of several VPX products that I regularly use during my workouts. I also use NO Shotgun, NO Synthesize, and Power Shock.. I have been building muscle and reducing my body fat effectively . VPX products may cost a little more than the others but you get what you pay for. If you want noticeable results these products are the best. Syngex is by far the best tasting whey protein and I love my results!

Cookies n Cream,
So far I have tried the Cookies n Creme and Chocolate. My preference is Cookies n Creme. Serving size says 2 scops, but I take 3 to fill me up in the mornings.

Formula Changed,
I have been getting this protein shake for over 6 months and loved it. Today I opened my most recent container and noticed the scoop was much smaller. Figured it was a mistake. Made my shake and the very first gulp tasted like the worst chocolate you could ever imagine. I figured I would add more water and see it that helped but it didn’t. The ingredients are different as well as the packaging but you can hardly tell from the packaging to know that it has been reformulated. I am now calling the company to see if this is the new formula they are going with. I will surely change my shake if this is what they think is good!
