Awesome!,
Just got these wrist wraps for my daughter and me and they are AMAZING! Really comfortable and supportive and once you have them on they’re extremely easy to tighten up. They come in black, as well as a bunch of fun colors!

Simple and works, but not perfect. Get to know it first.,
There are videos online on how to properly put this item on. If put on properly, the unit does work with a couple caveats. First, if your skin is relatively dry, the fabric has no friction to grip and the tightening does not work very well. What I do to fix this is breath between the wraps and my wrist to moisten the area to facilitate the creation of some friction. If you’re already sweaty from your workout, then great. And if you’re too sweaty, the reverse happens, and the wraps grip too well making it hard to loosen. Keep these two conditions in mind, and the product overall works great. Another little annoying thing is that the inner layer sometimes bunches up, but this is not all the time, and it is easy to fix.
I’ve used the usual velcro style wraps, and I still prefer the Strength Wraps over those.
My use: I first bought these wraps because of a wrist injury. These help keep my wrist warm and limited motion. Now to keep from re-injury, I wear it when I do barbell workouts, and other Crossfit style workouts with heavy weights. They take up little space. They are so light weight and small profile, and I sometimes put them on before I leave the house for my workout, and take them off when I get into my car.
