I don’t lift as heavy of weights as I used to but I still use my weight machine and not my free weights as much. When I did a lot of weight like bench pressing I found it necessary to wrap my wrists and wear weight lifting gloves. I found these wrist wraps to be made of nice material and they provided enough stretch and support to be very comfortable and help support your wrists during your exercises.
The wraps are 12.5 inches long, not counting the Velcro attachment, and they are 3 inches wide. The Velcro strip is 4 inches long and 2 inches wide. The length allows you to put them on and wrap them about 1 ½ times around my big wrists. That provides very strong support for your wrists to help you lift and prevent injuries. There is a thumb loop on the wraps to help get you started in putting them on.
The wraps are made of a nice elastic material and they are put together well. I can tell you though that if you get the Velcro on the colored portion of the wrap it was snag fairly easily. Make sure that you loosen the wraps as you rest between sets so your hands and wrist can get proper blood flow and that there is not excess pressure on the nerves in your wrists.
This is a good product as a reasonable price and I rate it as a 5 star item.

I use wrist wraps when I work out even though I don’t lift extremely heavy weight. I simply like the extra support wrist wraps give my wrists. It makes me feel more secure knowing that I’ve got some additional support for my wrists.
I’ve used other wrist wraps in the past that had much narrower velcro straps, only 1″ wide. These wrist wraps have a full 2″ wide velcro strap and that extra width makes them stronger and makes it easier to get a secure closure. The elasticized wraps themselves are a full 3″ wide and 14″ long with a thumb loop. You don’t have to use the thumb loop if you don’t want but I do find the thumb loop really helpful for putting the wraps on. Once on my wrist, I sometimes lift the thumb loop off and tuck it under the wrap to get it out of the way.
These seem to be very good quality and you get 2 pair in the package. The package can be used to store the wraps, but I don’t use it for that. Usually after my workout the wraps are pretty sweaty. If I were to zip them up in the package, they’d never have a chance to dry out.
I’m liking these wrist wraps. You can actually wear them for other reasons than just weight lifting too… like for chopping wood, lifting stuff in general, maybe even carpal syndrome relief.
These have a 1 year warranty and I’m quite happy with the quality and construction of these.
